Ryan did a great job of explaining what the issue was and provided a recommendation for the repair with a fair estimate. The repair was completed quickly and verified everything was working correctly again.
Dyle came out to wire new lights, install a new smoke detector, and perform other minor maintenance. He explained everything very thoroughly, including reasoning, codes, options, etc. Joe came later to help out and make the job go faster. Both were very polite, approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable. They worked diligently and got done earlier than I expected. They were considerate of my toddler as well, asking if I needed to keep a basement door closed. Referred to me by my plumber; I would definitely use them again.
Their response to our electrical problem was immediate and the customer service rates a ten!
Dyle exhibited terrific electrical and people skills. he was very attentive to our project list and concerns and provided a detailed itemized estimate. Ryan arrived to work on the items selected for completion and carefully checked that the new light fixture was straight and aligned well in the kitchen.both electricians attended to my questions skillfully. they also provided a thorough safety check of remaining switches and receptacles and provided a detailed recommend list.all items on our list plus a recommended safety item were completed in two consecutive days. as they completed each project, they cleaned up and left the areas in neat tidy condition.the next day one of our fluorescent tube fixtures would not come on. Dyle was very responsive. it ended up coming back on, perhaps the fixture will need to be replaced soon. when that happens, or for any future electric projects, i will call Edison Electric.
Over the 3 1/2 days to upgrade our main panel as well as install a new garage sub panel, my wife and I were incredibly impressed. Professional, trustworthy, knowledgable, timely, respectful, are all appropriate descriptions. Above all else, we value quality work, which was delivered in spades. Cannot thank you enough.
This is the 3rd remodel project in our Como Park home and we have worked with Edison Electric on all 3. They are extremely professional, courteous and friendly. Their estimates are accurate. They know what they are doing and they do it right. I would not hesitate to hire them and I highly recommend their service.
